October 20

Phase 1 –  Construction :
There has been two rain days this week.
S. Fitz.- Contractor was finishing regading of ditches along the east side. 
The contractor has a few driveway repairs to finish.  I have also informed the contractor to sod the areas that are completed.  This should be completed early next week.

 

October 13

Phase 1 –  Construction :
There has been two rain days this week.
S. Fitz.- Inlets A-5, A-6 and A-7 have been installed.  The 30inch RCP connected these inlets has also been installed.  Contractor is ready to install the 24-in RCP that cross S. Fitzgerald from inlet A-6 to inlet A-21. 

The contractor should be finished with this construction task next week.

 

October 5

Phase 1 –  Contractor has updated his work schedule.  See attached PDF.
Construction :
Using the updated schedule, the contractor should be finishing the S. Fitzgerald/Kelsey Pass task.  Incorporated with this task if the change order for Farley Court.

Kelsey Pass – Inlet A-3 was installed.  Pavement has been restored.

S. Fitz.- Pavement at Kelsey Pass has been restored.   

Farley Ct. – Inlets have been installed.  Redesigned court to solve possible safety issue.  Change Order to follow next week.

 

September 28

Phase 1 – Construction :
Appears to be a little behind schedule, however there were a few days of rain.  Contractor updates his schedule monthly and a new schedule is expected early next week.

Kelsey Pass – 36” RCP was installed from inlet A-2 to A-3.  Traffic plates are still over the open street.  Pavement has not been installed.  Inlet A-3 still needs to be installed.

S. Fitz.- 30” RCP was installed from manhole A-17 to A-18. 24” RCP from manhole A-18 to the east and west were installed along with inlet A-19.  Traffic plates are still over the open street.

Pavement has not been installed. 

Farley Ct. – Redesigned court to solve possible safety issue.  Change Order to follow next week.

 

September 22

Phase 1 – Construction :
Kelsey Pass – 36” RCP is installed along the southeast side along with all associated inlets and manholes.
S. Fitz.- 30” RCP is installed along the south side from K. Pass to the other side of Farley Ct. along with all associated inlets and manholes.

Construction appears to be on schedule.

 

September 15

Phase 1 – Construction continues near K Pass on S Fitz 30” next week. Manhole and 1st inlet are set.

September 8

Phase 1 - Contractor mobilized. Actual construction to begin 11th. Construction to start on far west edge of project area; Kelsey pass and then North and South Fitzgerald.

August 31

Phase 1 – All governmental approvals received.  Developer and Pipeline approvals verbal, will follow through to get at least email confirmation.
Contractor mobilizing for start of construction 9/4/06.  Estimated completion 12/4/06.

August 18

Phase 1 - The contractor is doing final cleanup on other job before mobilizing.  He’s just a few days out yet, but doesn’t expect an impact on completion schedule.  With a cooperative effort of several entities, a laydown yard for construction equipment and supply storage has been identified behind a wooded area off of Kelsey.
