RESIDENTIAL WATER AND SEWER RATES

User Fees.

After initial occupancy, each User within the District shall be charged for service on a monthly basis according to the volume of water used and in accordance with the following schedule:

Single Family Residential Users
Amount of Payment	Water and Sewer Usage
$26.10	Water rate up to 10,000 gallons metered water
$ 2.00	Water rate per 1,000 gallons metered water for usage over 10,000 gallons
$2.50	Water rate per 1,000 gallons metered water for usage over 20,000 gallons
$43.50	Sewer rate per month
$.50	Water rate per 1,000 gallons metered water for Ground Water Reduction fee
